Ed, Jack, Chip, Russ & Crew

Back in 2007, I had some major home-improvements done by your company. New roof, siding & windows. That undertaking turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made! At the time though, I only had 8 of my 13 windows replaced.

Now, fast forward to 2010, this past September, I notified Ed for an estimate of replacing the remaining 5 windows. I got the same windows as before, except this time they were painted vs. stained. Once he had all the info for me, Ed made a return visit with Jack, where they proceeded to take accurate measurements for placing the order. They were timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Thanksgiving was just around the corner and U had my fingers crossed that the installation would take place before turkey-day. Didn't happen, but, Ed did promise before Christmas!
The windows had arrived within the four weeks and a date of Dec. 6 was looking good...then... old man winter arrived and a few minor delays occurred, Chip kept me informed of the progress.. and finally Monday Dec 13th was my day!

Like clock work... at 9 am... Shannon and Red pulled in eager to work. The siding was removed and the windows were installed on the 1st day. The one over the garage was totally completed on Monday and on their return Tuesday everything was completed to satisfaction! Red braved the elements and managed to do very little damage to shrubs and flowers hidden under the snow. He also did some fine "patch-work" on a botched up wall-board. Red did a great job with whatever he was involved with. Shannon, this young mans work ethic blows me away! He takes pride in his work and the end result shows it every time!!

Once again, my experience with VanDerhoof Roofing was absolutely the best!! Each and everyone of your personnel "truly care" about the customer... you should feel very proud of that accomplishment! I felt like I was seeing "old friends again"...Thank-you.

Choosing a contractor for a job as large as full roof replacement can be a daunting task. After getting some estimates, researching & speaking w/ friends & neighbors who has positive experiences w/ them, I settled on VAN DERHOOF~ couldn't have made a better decision!

These hardworking guys were personable, punctual & professional throughout the weeks job.

Justin, the foreman, kept me posted daily & Andy, the supervisor, was consistent in communicating & explaining any necessary updates to the original contracted work as they arose.

The company certainly proved why they're been in business for 80 years!
